Fixed Cam girls do nothing when set to Take Control and earn no XP

Currently cam girls do nothing when they are set to take control and subsequently lose all viewers. Cam girls also do not earn any XP from cam sessions

Finished a better Cam CMS. There seems to be several things here that are not working.

Didnt get a message in the mail with the amount earned, viewers.
Give control doesnt work, she just sits afk.
Received only 24xp which is very little. I did a full stream with actions, viewer requests, even a squirt and orgasm event.
Amount of viewers on actor tab is wrong, it says 198 total viewers. But I had around 350 viewers at some point.
