Fixed Webshop - Upgrade Wholesale

I am experimenting with a webshop. It appears the 'Upgrade Wholesale' button is unresponsive. I see no feedback and the 'Wholesale Level' attribute is not incremented. Is it possible I am doing something wrong? Thank you.

I've tried on test env, I can confirm that the button is broken. There is no effective action currently
